We are not focused just in one field and we are prepared to invest into medium sized companies. Our goal is to enable the companies and their owners to make their growth plans happen and to find a reliable and financially powerful partner for their future expansion.
For the financing of the investment opportunities, we use private means concentrated in the two funds and in case of need combined with bank debt.
The length of our investments corresponds with mid-term horizon. Specific time of continuance in the target company depends on the fulfilling of the goals that were settled in the beginning of the process.
Our team has an extensive experience in private equity investing. A balanced and motivating relationship with the management and the co-owners is our priority.
