Milestone Partners was established by Expandia as an entity for venture capital investments into start-up projects, i.e. for dynamically rising projects with higher risk but strong potential improvement. Later, Milestone Partners became fully independent and it established its own investment profile and decision process strategy.
At present, Milestone Partners specializes in the acquisitions of small and medium sized companies with entrepreneurship history, which still have sufficient growth potential. In its existing history, Milestone Partners created its own management team, which manages all assets of Milestone Partners and Closed Investment Fund (CFQI) which was established recently and is one of the first funds of this kind in the Czech Republic.
