   Welcome to web pages of Milestone Asset Management. We are a Private Equity Company, which seeks appropriate investment opportunities in the Czech Republic and Middle and East Europe.

   We are not focused just in one field and we are prepared to invest both into beginning projects (start-up, green field) and into existing projects with certain history, where other means to development of current activity are requested.

   For the financing of the investment occasions, we use private means and our optimum size of the investment is in the range of CZK 15-75 million. The length of our investments corresponds with mid-term horizon (4-7 years). Specific time of continuance in the project depends on the fulfilling of the aims that were settled in the beginning of the process (company restructuring, optimization, realization of the concrete investment, etc.). After this phase of “active operation”, we are interested to realize so-called EXIT, which means we would like to sell our company share to some strategic or other financial investor, or to the current management, or somehow differently asses our investment assets.
